By accessing or using TorqueIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TorqueIQ is an AI-assisted classic and vintage vehicle diagnostic and maintenance tracking platform. The Service includes an AI Mechanic chat tool, maintenance logging, modification tracking, a community forum, and AI-generated maintenance recommendations.
All diagnostic suggestions, maintenance recommendations, and AI Mechanic responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. TorqueIQ is not a licensed mechanic, automotive engineer, or professional repair service. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific vehicle.
You assume full responsibility for any repairs, modifications, or maintenance decisions made based on information provided by TorqueIQ. Always consult a qualified mechanic before performing any repair work, especially work involving brakes, steering, fuel systems, or other safety-critical components.
TorqueIQ uses a credit-based system for AI Mechanic diagnostic sessions. Credits are purchased through Stripe. All sales are final — credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits do not expire. Founding Member credits and pricing are locked at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
You retain ownership of content you submit to TorqueIQ, including forum posts, maintenance logs, and vehicle information. By submitting content, you grant TorqueIQ a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.
You may not use TorqueIQ to: violate any applicable law; submit false or misleading information; attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; resell or redistribute access to the Service; or engage in any conduct that disrupts other users' experience.
TorqueIQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TorqueIQ and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or property loss resulting from acting on AI-generated recommendations.
TorqueIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
